I would recommend them to anyone. We were debating going tankless for our water heater and did some research on a couple different companies to call. We had Adam with Abode Home Comfort come out for a quote and knew before he even left that we would go with them for our purchase. He is the first sales person from any company we've had out (and we've done a lot of renos over the years) who had actually done this work with this company before moving to sales. Far too many companies treat sales and the tech work as two entirely separate entities and, as a result, we've had problems where we're sold something and then the person installing it comes it and can't do it as originally  stated by the sales person. This was not an issue with Abode because Adam knew immediately what their company could and couldn't do for us based on what we had in our basement and what we wanted. He took the time to answer all our questions, had pamphlets for us, took pictures and measurements to ensure what he was telling us would in fact work in practice, and provided a number of different options at varying price points. He didn't try to push us into making decisions right away. In fact, he said he'd send the information for a variety of options so that we could compare and decide what would work best for our family. He even provided a copy of what the contract looks like so we could see there were no hidden fees and how the pay structure would work if we chose renting over buying - very transparent, friendly and knowledgeable. Update: Everything is installed and working great. The guys who were here were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They provided a lot of advice to help keep everything running smoothly.
